Peptide Dosing,made clear.

The basics are simple: strength, liquid volume, concentration and target amount. Choose the tool that matches what you actually have in front of you.

Arithmetic only — not a dose recommendation.

These tools convert numbers you already know. They do not choose a target amount. For pens, you must also confirm the exact device type and click/dose-selector system; for vials, confirm concentration and syringe type before converting between mg, mL and syringe units.

Important if you are using a pen

What the numbers mean

Read the label before you calculate.

Vial label

10 mg

total peptide

mg = amount of peptide

Look on the vial label for the total amount, for example 10 mg.

2 mL

liquid added

mL = liquid volume

mL describes liquid. It is not the same thing as mg.

100 units = 1 mL

Units = syringe volume marks

On a U-100 syringe, the unit scale is another way of measuring liquid volume.

1 mg

equals

1,000 mcg

mg and mcg are both amounts

mcg is simply a smaller unit. The calculator converts between them.

Core formula

Concentration = total peptide ÷ liquid volume

Example: 50 mg in 2.5 mL = 20 mg/mL. If a target amount is selected, volume = target amount ÷ concentration. On a U-100 syringe, 1 mL corresponds to 100 units.

Does body size change the amount?

Sometimes. But there is no universal peptide rule based on height or weight.

Some approved medicines use fixed amounts. Others explicitly use body weight, such as mg/kg, or body-surface area, which can use both height and weight. Height by itself is not a general dosing rule.

The Pep Report therefore never scales a target amount automatically from body size. If a study, prescribing label or qualified clinician uses a weight- or BSA-based method, start with that known amount and use our calculator only for the arithmetic conversion.

Small early human studies · unapproved

Melanotan II (MT2)

  • Start low at 50–75 mcg, with UV exposure after injecting.
  • Increase by 25 mcg every 2–3 doses until reaching 250–500 mcg, depending on results.
  • Maintain once a week, ideally with UV exposure following the injection.

UV exposure should always come after injecting.
